I spent close to a week in Killarney the town, and the Provincial Park, shooting Google Street View virtual tours for a few businesses, then spending a few additional days in the park to relax and revisit some favourite locations. It was the week leading into Thanksgiving and the weather was wonderful- still very summery- swimming was still enjoyable. I had photographed this very shoreline from a canoe a few years prior, but only with a point-and-shoot camera, and I had it in my mind to revisit the spot armed with a more capable outfit. The conditions were perfect, the quiet was awesome, and the only sound was the occasional clunk of the camera. A precious moment, for many reasons.
