When you hear about money going into research, this is where it goes. This particular group studies animal health and how it will help us understand human health, and all sorts of other things I can never recall for very long. And it’s my job to represent the research in a photograph. That sounds easy on paper, but photos done in labs can be challenging. They can all look alike after a while, but there is always a new approach waiting for me- something that adds pizzaz to mundane-looking work, and helps communicate what happens in this very unique field.
