Industrial photo shoots are never boring. One has the opportunity to see what incredible things are happening in those dreary-looking buildings on the outskirts of any city. Often they do incredibly complex processes, almost perfectly, all day, every work day. I never frown on a person who comes from work in dirty overalls- they may be doing things as complex as brain surgery! And they offer me the challenge of taking those things that can appear messy, dirty and disorganized, and turn them into photos that hopefully communicate something about what magic they do all day, every day. Here they produce fabrics coated with a variety of plastics and materials for the automotive industry, healthcare, and endless consumer products.
